The hotel is well-located, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and eateries. It is in close proximity to Nottingham city centre and offers easy access to the town's vibrant attractions. the rooms are clean and modern, with spacious ensuite bathrooms providing all necessary amenities. the staff is helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests with organizing taxis and providing vouchers for dining. the hotel also offers a communal kitchen and dining area, ideal for groups or individuals looking to socialize while enjoying their stay.
There have been instances where the hotel management did not take prompt action to address noise disturbances caused by unruly guests, leading to an unpleasant experience for others.

I stayed at River Rooms for a few nights to visit my sister in West Bridgford. The room was clean and newly refurbished, with a small but well-equipped bathroom. There was good security and parking available. The staff were helpful, offering a change of rooms and ensuring the heating was on. The room had all the essentials, including bedside lights and a laptop socket. The value for money was great, and I would happily stay here again.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
